These days, some of the hottest places to eat in Cleveland have wheels! Food trucks have swept the city, offering not only a great way to get outside for a meal, but also some fantastic cuisine.

Restaurants like Fahrenheit and Barrio have food truck versions of their brick and mortar establishments. But there are also trucks like Smokin Rock n Roll, Betty’s Bomb A** Burgers and CLE Wok and Roll who are creating unique and delicious food just for taking it to the streets.

So, where can you find food trucks to enjoy fun outdoor dining? Here are some local events featuring some of Cleveland’s best food trucks:

Walnut Wednesday happens every Wednesday from 11am-1:30pm through September 28 at Perk Plaza in Downtown Cleveland.  These events are put on by the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and feature a host of food trucks, as well as live music.

Food Truck Mondays take place every other Monday at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst. There will be food trucks and live music on hand, plus the chance to shop at Legacy Village of course!

NineTwelve Shop Stop happens on Tuesdays from 12-1:30pm through August 29 at the Plaza at One Cleveland Center. These events involve more than just food trucks, there are also local merchants selling their wares, plus live music.

Truck Stop Tuesday happens at Crocker Park every Tuesday from 11am-2pm through September 27. There will be food trucks on Main Street, plus the chance to peruse all the Crocker Park shops.

Wherever your favorite food truck may be parked, make sure to swing by and grab some delicious food in the summer sunshine!

And if you’re thinking of joining the food truck craze with your own mobile restaurant, be sure to contact Cobos Insurance Center for help navigating the curves of insuring a restaurant on wheels.
